TM Real Estate Group, LLC is an institutional-quality platform for real estate investment, development and management. As both principal and operating partner, TM actively pursues multi-family and mixed-use acquisitions, as well as true value-add repositioning and land development opportunities. Founded in 2005, TM has managed over 80 projects across Florida, Arizona, and Nevada, ranging in size from 20 units to over 1,000 units. Since 2009, TM has acquired, sold, and financed over 5,000 units and over 600,000 sf of office space.
