TM Real Estate Group provides advisory services for institutional investors, lenders and family offices. Our wide-ranging expertise relates to acquisition and disposition, land-use, value-add construction services and more.
Since 2009, TM has acquired, sold & financed over 2,500 units and 600,000 sq. ft. of office properties and disposed of over 2,000 units on behalf of its clients and itself.
As both a principal and operating partner, TM actively pursues income-producing multi-family, mixed-use acquisitions, as well as true value-add repositioning.
TM entitles, designs, and constructs on sites suitable for multi-family and mixed-use properties. As of today, TM has gained expertise in land-use, planning, entitlement, approvals, ground-up development and construction management, having developed over 5,000 units.
TM executives have on average over 25 years of investment, property management and development experience, having cumulatively managed tens of thousands of units.
Founded in 2005, TM has operated in Florida, Arizona and Nevada. It has managed over 80 projects ranging from under 20 units to over 1,000 units.
